Windows 10 extremely slow after upgrade to version 21H1

Yes it's obvious to me that 21h1 definitely affects the video and the video cards it seems when I try to wake up my computer in the morning it takes 10 to 15 seconds for the video to come alive and then I'm able to log in but it's still a little slow applications take 10 to 15 seconds to load sometimes they're quick other times they take 10 to 15 seconds. Someone should fix this

This is the same problem that happened to me in 20H1 update. I was told it was an issue with certain NVidia cards. When I searched the internet, all the solutions I found did not work. Finally, I found one that said, "I disable all the sleep items of the NIC properties window" and that also fixed my issue as well. Now, with 21H1, the same problem is back again. But, my NIC already have those sleep items disabled. So, that isn't the solution to the 21H1 update.

Whatever the problem is, it is basically disabling the NVidia card somehow, even though the card says it is working. If I disable the card, things seem to get close to normal operating speeds. However, with the card disabled, games, etc that relied on the gpu of the NVidia card are slow, low frame rates, etc.

In my case, I disabled the NVidia card. Intel GPU has the game running under 20 FPS. With NVidia enabled, game stayed around 25-30 fps in normal environment. And clear to me the NVidia card is not running properly, because normally, at the normal 60 fps I set it for, the system heats up to the touch, where the card is. But, after the update, no heat up, even though the card is "working".

I am hoping someone would read this and a possible idea of a solution would pop into their head.

i have now tried disabling all non windows services and startup apps including cortana.

there is a 20% improvement, not much of a joy.

Same problem here, using Microsoft Laptop 3, was great until few days ago. even clicking on windows start takes time to load. my productivity has dropped by 80%.

Something is haywire, the cpu and disk are idling, memory is only 50% but every action is 10 times slower.

is there a fix or update.

I have the same issue.... 3 weeks ago my comp was FAST. core I7 with FAST SSD and RAM... now it lags 2-3 seconds even to open file explorer even longer to open simple applications. Microsoft needs to stop with all their **** and stop putting extra TRASH in the OS that NOBODY WANTS OR CARES ABOUT!!!!!

I need my computer to work... not do what ever trash MICROSOFT wants it to do.

Release an enterprise edition with all the TRASH removed.. I have a high end laptop from 2yr ago and Microsoft windows.. a FRACKING OS is taking up over half of my resources.. and NOW they are even using my dedicated graphics card for remedial background process DESTROYING my Batt Life..

We need a class action suit large enough to DISMANTLE Microsoft and bankrupt this TRASH company.
