Very Frequent BSOD's on New PC

So I did update the chipset, and I also turned off raid and went back to ahci, because it seemed like things were running worse.

I was all excited because I got through one game of Tarkov successfully, then next game got a crash:

It was the same thing as a couple yesterday, whenever I did not get a blue screen, but the screen went black except for some blue and green pixels at the top, and then rebooted.

What next :( haha

It is weird because I am really no longer actually getting the blue screens now, I managed to take a picture with my phone when it crashed last time, it is like certain things in the game showed still on the screen when it crashed.

I wasn't expanding the tab. I see now what you mean. Exactly,let's download and install both. Since Intel Management Engine is part of the chipset, let's do both the Intel Consumer ME and the Intel Chipset driver. We don't lose anything trying, anyhow (the installer will always tell you if there's any newer version).

We're done with Furmark. It seems like the GPU isn't faulty at all.

Let me know how the install goes, please. Hopefully, that solves it (blame the people who created those messy tabs without any instruction or guide >:( ).

That is what I was asking about, on April 2nd you suggested: "There is as well a chipset update for your motherboard (very important!) which was released yesterday. Download it as well from: https://www.asus.com/Motherboards-Components/Mo..."

So whenever I went under chipsets I only downloaded this:

Version 2047.100.0.1039 2021/04/01 285.25 MBytes Intel Consumer ME driver V2047.100.0.1039 For Windows 10 64-bit.

Should I also, in addition to that, have downloaded this:

Version 10.1.18634.8254 2021/02/01 5.76 MBytes Intel Chipset Driver V10.1.18634.8254 for Windows 10 64-bit---(WHQL).

Since ^ could be the actual chipset.

That is what the person I spoke about above, on Reddit, said was causing him BSODs specifically in Tarkov, was that he updated the ME driver, but not the actual chipset.

Also, is there anything else I need to do to test my GPU through Furmark?  You just said to run it.  I selected my resolution 1440p, and fullscreen, then selected GPU stress test, and let it run for about 15 minutes, did not have issues, and GPU max temp was 70.

I think that we already updated drivers, but I've seen a release from the 1st of April. Let's give it a try. It's called Intel Consumer ME driver V2047.100.0.1039 For Windows 10 64-bit. The SATA driver has already received an update the 1st of April (Intel Rapid Storage), just in case.

Download it and install it, and let me know how it goes. I'll check if there has been another release for any other driver. Don't worry at all. In desperate times, we try to seek for help anywhere :)

Someone on a Reddit thread I have opened in Tarkov responded to me and said:

New PC since February.

This was happening with me, and my fix was that the chipset driver download listed for my mobo (asus z-390 a) had two required downloads: the actual chipset driver and a intel management engine update. Both were listed under the chipset driver category.

I also updated BIOS, and double checked all the other mobo drivers.

Not sure if this helps, but hopefully another scenario can shed light.

In my device manager, I had an error identifying the SM bus controller and PCI device. I was told by professional computer repair experts that this was an indicator that I need to update chipset drivers. The latest driver was the "Intel ME driver". The one before that, however, was listed as a "chipset driver". When I install the Intel ME driver, nothing changed. When I installed the chipset driver, I no longer had an error identifying those devices. Along with that, I haven't had any BSOD's since.

One thing worth noting, is that updating chipset drivers can be risky, so definitely do research there.

I don't mean to confuse the solution Miguel, I am just looking for anything, because none of the tests really seem to be failing.  So don't think I am trying to second guess you or anything, I just posted on that Reddit since it seems to mostly happen in Tarkov.
