If you'd like to give it a try, I provided some steps that might be able to help on this thread - Bluescreen of death and restarts after KB5000802 - Microsoft Community
Windows update - KB5000802 BSOD

09 March 2021 - Windows update - KB5000802
We've been having some crashes in relation to the latest Windows update KB5000802 which are causing users to experience BSOD (Blue Screen of Death), see image below:
I've collected some data from the minidump file as to which drivers could be causing this to happen and the same three have been picked up on several computers facing this problem.
win32kfull.sys
win32kbase.sys
ntoskrnl.exe
So far the trigger to the BSOD with the current Windows update version has been:
- Visio 365, when the user loads up a file and selects "File"
- when a user tries to print something and it tries to load the print preview window
Our current solution to this problem has been to uninstall Update KB5000802 from the Windows Update Settings -> View Update History -> Uninstall updates
If Microsoft could please shed some light on this particular issue or if there's info on an upcoming fix release, that would be very much appreciated.
Thanks.

2021-03-11T23:24:05+00:00 Brian, since this update went to everybody, have you gotten any Blue Screen reports that might help?
If you have that many of those printers, it would seem by now, Kyocera would have put out some type of situational announcement regarding this. I don't know what an APC_Index_Mismatch is but maybe you do.. I have seen comments about clearing out Printer Queues
Removing the update fixes the issue. Before removal, if a user tries to print they get a BSOD. I have had to pause updates via Intune/Endpoint Manager for the whole company but we have to remove the update manually. I can't get PS to remove the update silently as the /quiet switch makes the uninstall error. Our helpdesk is having to touch every machine remotely.

2021-03-11T21:51:25+00:00 Just to confirm, we use Kyocera printers and and get the BSOD when they try printing to them (network printer). Uninstalling KB500802 fixes the issue.

2021-03-11T19:24:53+00:00 My clients are having the same issue. Removing the update fixes it. Does anyone know how to keep it from getting installed again in Windows 10? I used to know how to do it in Windows XP and 7, is that possible in Windows 10?
