WINDRIVE Partition

Hello, after I bought a new laptop Acer Aspire 7 A715-75G I've installed Windows 10. On the installation menu partition manager told me that Windows will created additional partitions I clicked Ok and MSR 16 MB and WINDRIVER 8 GB partition were created. I wanted to test something and I've reinstalled Windows 10 on same laptop and I deleted all previous partitions. After that I clicked Ok when Windows asked me about additional partition that will be created and I was surprise that WINDRIVER wasn't there. Why this happened and how can I get it back that WINDRIVER partition on the list?

yes, you will get a recovery partition - you will not get the windriver partition.

    Just to let you know I have 9 computers and have never a WINDRIVE partition an any of them.

    Thank you for your reply, maybe you know a little more about P.C. and Microsoft Windows and don't send me to unrelated links or posts.

    If I correctly remember It was 8 GB instant created partition after I clicked OK when Microsoft Windows partition creator in the installation process asked me if I'm ok with Microsoft Windows 10 in order to function is creating ADDITIONAL partition and 3 partitions appeared on the screen.

    First partition was my UEFI SHELL 2.7

    Second partition was 16 MB A Microsoft Reserved Partition (MSR) or something like that

    The third partition was the WINDRIVER partition 8 GB which I suspect was recovery partition

    Fourth partition was unallocated space on my hard drive.

    So in an instant after I clicked OK 3 partitions appeared on the list! Now only MSR and unallocated space appears. I want that WINDRIVER to automatically appears on the partition menu creator that Windows 10 comes with.
