that is why I am trying to contact tech support.  I do not know how it happens I just know that it happens.  It may not be MSN doing it, it might be something else.  My other computers dont do it and I use MSN the butterfly on 

those as well.

But is very, very difficult to get help by phone at present. You will have to tell the 

Virtual Agent many times (probably) that you want t speak to an agent.

What I'm trying to clarify is 

"My MSN keeps changing my time region settings."

Does that mean the time in the lower right of the Desktop is changing spontaneously?

2. Are you trying to access this email account with a browser? Which browser?
