You will be sent first to the Virtual Agent. Ask the Virtual Agent a few questions. Let the VA try to help. Tell the VA "that didn't help" or whatever the option is.
You should then tell the VA that you want to speak to an agent. You may have to tell the Virtual Agent that several times.

It may be quicker and less stressful for you to post your question here. Getting help from Microsoft Agents by phone can be time consuming and isn't always successful. You may be able to resolve the issue with advice received here.
