Last time I replied, I posted about my issue and didn't get around to replying to a person who replied to me directly. The archaic nature of this message board doesn't help. No notifications, nothing helpful. Can't even find that reply in a sea of messages. Anyway, I really need my old hotmail account - which is now an alias - to be reactivated as I want to recover a site account using that alias that I no longer have access to. It's S-U-P-E-R annoying. And while i'm at it, this can be feedback for this.... Well, I can't say forum; more like pile of messages? Seriously, though. Proper reply notifications, etc. would be much appreciated. Also, I literally have to sign in on a browser and go to my email link to this thread to navigate to it. Navigating manually on the site is guess work.

Your other thread, from July 2021, is at **** Hotmail account recovery ****

I paid twice for Microsoft 365 on the 22nd of February and the 3rd of March ( I would like to know why.) What does this pandemic has to do with talking on the phone with someone? My phone # is <removed> I pay my monthly bill even if there is a change of debit or credit card. I expect to speak to someone if I have a problem with Microsoft 365.

Read through this and linked articles. See if you can clear this up without help. You may be able to cancel one of the subscriptions.

You will be sent to the Virtual Agent first and may have to tell the Virtual Agent several times that you want to speak to an agent.

How do I actually contact a person at microsoft about my account

I updated software on my laptop and now my pin isn’t available. I don’t have the the password or the original email account to reset my pin. I have a Dell laptop that came loaded with windows10 and Microsoft office.

How can I talk to Microsoft Support to resolve this issue?
