How do I actually contact a person at microsoft about my account

I have been trying for weeks to recover my messages from my old hotmail account. My old computer is no longer working, so I am trying to get my messages. My old e mail address is: ******@hotmail.com. My new email is: ******@outlook.com. How can I recover my messages from my hotmail account ?

Shouldn't matter what computer you use to access these accounts.
If the "old" Hotmail account wasn't closed because of non-use (because you at some point, went for a year without signing-in to the account) you should be able to sign-i to either of these accounts at https://outlook.live.com
If whatever browser you're using tries to Autofill the new address, try private mode.
