    My microsoft 365 subscription was cancelled and I just renewed it last month! Online support won't talk to me because they say I'm not the owner of the case! I really need excel for my business right now so PLEASE, can I talk to a human?? I have some explaining to do about my 2 accounts with 2 different email addresses mix up. Thank you

    What account? MSN Premium? MSN email?

    It is so difficult to reach Microsoft Support via phone, please tell me, in general, what account problem you're having. If I think we can help you here, I'll suggest that you post the problem here.
