How do I talk to a person about my account

How do I actually contact a person at microsoft about my account

I keep getting notices requesting my password, but it lists my old email address. I forgot my password and cannot get a response the reminder goes to my old email address.  I have tried to contact them on the webb since they no longer take phone calls.  Nothing has helped me so far and the notice keeps coming.  Very Frustrating.

I don't know if I have been hacked by someone acting like a agent from microsoft office. I could not install the office software ,an error message came up to call the phone number given.  I really need to speak with someone.

But is very, very difficult to get help by phone at present. If you tell us, in what 

way MSN is changing time zone settings, we may be able to help you here.

i am using msn premium, i use edge when i can, but msn likes to use explorer
