How do I actually contact a person at microsoft about my account

I have been away for a few days without internet. When I opened my inbox, I found a $69.99 charge for Microsoft 365 which I did not order. I did receive a pop up from Microsoft before I left, but I deleted it. I want the charge removed from my account, and returned to my credit card. Please let me when this is completed.
