How do I actually contact a person at microsoft about my account

Looks like Microsoft needs to hire techs. Humans need humans!! There are far too many people looking for work for this to be an issue. There are literally hundreds if not thousands of request for human contact. Take note Microsoft you're risking everything by not hiring real people!

When I try to sign into my different accounts it won't let me says it don't recognize user name or password, so then I change it and when I sign out and try to sign back it I get the same message don't recognize info. This is happening on some of my important things. Help I need to TALK to someone Thank you.
