How do I actually contact a person at microsoft about my account

I've paid my subscription and updated my credit card ing. and yall withdrew 3 mos. on the same day with a few min apart. microsft still not working. i cant receive email or send,.

At the end of that article there's a link to the Microsoft Store Help Page https://support.microsoft.com/en-US/microsoft-store where you will find the number to call for your location.
You may have to tell the Virtual Agent many times that you want to speak to an agent.
