    Go to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/expcontact?  Try to get help through the Virtual Agent with questions related to whatever problem you're having.

    When suggestions don't help, tell the Virtual Agent that. After a few "didn't helps'"start typing

    Speak to an agent. You should eventually be given that option.
