How do I actually contact a person at microsoft about my account

    winfows10 unable to access any tab, long waiting times, just won't respond. Have added Mcafee 3 programs safe connect, McAfee live safe & McAfee security scan. Contacted McAfee about issue unable to use computer search bar f/supportme.com. Last night ran live safe scan, still running at 58% 186138 items scanned. Maybe my hp all'in-one omni computer, had it's days model #120-1026 mfg date 06/07/2004 label reads windows 7, which currently runs windows 10

    This is a browser problem? Which browser?

    Does this mean that Cortana, the search field down beside the Start Menu can't search either the computer or the web?

    Thanks f/info had to clean computer, delete files which kept interfering w/ performance, now under HP's EXPERTISE problem resolved, and got to talk w/actual support tech one on one.
