How do I talk to a person about my account

I am trying to renew my Premium Internet Software with MSN.  I can NOT get online.  The phone number on my account is a landline and can NOT receive text messages and I have only one email address.  And there are no PEOPLE to talk to.  Please help

I called 877-696-7786, opt 3, 2 for technical support.  The recording stated they no longer do phone support and referred me to help.microsoft.com.

In my opinion, this is grossly unprofessional on behalf of Microsoft.

I spent over 6 hours looking for someone live to help with my MSN email accounts and was unable to.

After tears, anger and frustration I still am at a loss, and I agree 100% about the unprofessional, and terrible (NO) Customer Service where you can talk to a person for god sake! With the money this Corporation makes you would think they could pay for P E O P L E to be there for Customer Service!!! The worst part, is that you go the the help.microsoft.com page and it's not direct! You get a list of all kinds of **** that you have to scroll through to find what they told you was HELP! Been going around in circles, click this, click that....whatever. I want to talk to a real person dammit.

  I have different email addresses (7), within MSN Premium that I have assigned to eBay (3) and Etsy, Facebook, and my husband has an account.  I go to sign in, and the main email, the original and the first, that I signed up with over 20 years ago, is displayed in the window.  That's it!  The rest of the email addresses that were in the list are *GONE*!!  There were 7 total, and now there is one!!!  I am so stressed over this because I have business with all the other addresses.  Did I miss something?  What changed?  I don't use the OUTLOOK mail that's offered.  I have always just used the original email.  I see that some people are in the same boat because they have always used their HOTMAIL accounts.  Same thing.  Can anybody help?  I hope I explained this ok.  I've been at is for hours already.
