https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contact/virtual-agent/ Use this link, say NO to each of their automated attempts to identify your problem unless it's exactly what you need. Don't go with "close enough."
At some point, the option will be to talk to a person. Select that option and they willcall you. The agent who called me was STELLAR - stayed with me for20 minutes and finally got my problem resolved. It took me foreverto find this option for support, but I finally got resolution. It should be the FIRST option listed.

It's ridiculous that it's so hard to find live help.

    I have a new Microsoft365 account purchased through GoDaddy.Com,

Therefore this account currently seems to be duplicated.

Is there any possible way that Microsoft can contact me with verification

of both accounts? This account will expire and the GoDaddy.com provided

     will supersede is that correct?

Your access system is very confusing and unreliable through the computer

links. they keep sending me to completely unrelated areas.

I called 877-696-7786, opt 3, 2 for technical support.  The recording stated they no longer do phone support and referred me to help.microsoft.com.

In my opinion, this is grossly unprofessional on behalf of Microsoft.

I spent over 6 hours looking for someone live to help with my MSN email accounts and was unable to.

I agree, this is awful that there is no one to speak to. Bad Customer Service, NO way to run a business
