Same problem here. My account went delinquent as I never use my main sign in for mail and such. Did not know it had expired. Now I have done the renew thing twice with no luck. No one to talk to. Hate to do it, Have been with MSN since the beginning. I may need a new place to go. Thanks so much for your concern for your customers MSN.

If  you're referring to an MSN Email account...

Yes, if you went for a year with out signing in to the account, it was closed and

can't be recovered. You can create a new Hotmail or outlook.com email account,

but the MSN address is unavailable. A Support Agent won't be able to help you

    with this.

I called 877-696-7786, opt 3, 2 for technical support.  The recording stated they no longer do phone support and referred me to help.microsoft.com.

In my opinion, this is grossly unprofessional on behalf of Microsoft.

I spent over 6 hours looking for someone live to help with my MSN email accounts and was unable to.

I'm getting the same run around. I guess they don't have anything to offer @ MSN. I'm forced to see where this takes me. I've been using my email address for yrs. now and I think they are about to drop that ball & cancel all MSN.com email addresses

That is all you will ever get from Microsoft is the round a round.  They no longer wish to help the people that made them rich, all they want is more of your money.  I think they are the ones behind all of the scams in the world.  You nor I will never talk to any one at their company.

No. If you currently have an @msn email address, even if you don't renew your MSN

Membership, that email account will remain active. It's just an outlook.com account with an @msn address.
