How do I actually contact a person at microsoft about my account
The likely reason that you are unable to renew your subscription is because the price of MSN Premium has changed to $9.95. Call MSN Accts/Billing at 1-855-425-8761. It took me 3 hrs, of hold time, reexplaining my purpose, and several "lost" calls, and once a deliberate hang up when I got the same girl who had lost my call. But, a helpful Juan got me fixed up, FINALLY!! The phone # is good. Just hang in there.
