To some extent. I need to talk to someone and can't get to anyone at Microsoft. I keep changing my password at their insistence and every damn time, they reject it after I create it. I write it down so I know I'm using the right password. This has happened numerous times and I'm about to just give up; it just isn't worth the hassle.
Same problem though a different cause.

try putting i your old/original password and see it it goes thru
