    I am trying to renew my Premium Internet Software with MSN.  I can NOT get online.  The phone number on my account is a landline and can NOT receive text messages and I have only one email address.  And there are no PEOPLE to talk to.  Please help

    I saw a post earlier today with this Phone Support Number 877-6967786.

    She indicated she was able to get help and got her billing problem resolved. Worth a Try

    I called 877-696-7786, opt 3, 2 for technical support.  The recording stated they no longer do phone support and referred me to help.microsoft.com.

    In my opinion, this is grossly unprofessional on behalf of Microsoft.

    I spent over 6 hours looking for someone live to help with my MSN email accounts and was unable to.

    I have the same problem. I have been trying for several days to speak to someone regarding daily emails i receive from someone saying they are Microsoft. They say they will be disconnecting my MSN account.
