Shouldn't matter what computer you use to access these accounts.

If the "old" Hotmail account wasn't closed because of non-use (because you at some point, went for a year without signing-in to the account) you should be able to sign-i to either of these accounts at https://outlook.live.com 

If whatever browser you're using tries to Autofill the new address, try private mode.

What account? MSN Premium? MSN email?

It is so difficult to reach Microsoft Support via phone, please tell me, in general, what account problem you're having. If I think we can help you here, I'll suggest that you post the problem here.

https://support.microsoft.com/contactus may eventually let you reach Microsoft Support

You will be sent to the Virtual Agent first and may have to tell the Virtual Agent several times that you want to speak to an agent.
