How do I actually contact a person at microsoft about my account

    i am using msn premium, i use edge when i can, but msn likes to use explorer

    OK. In what way, exactly, is MSN changing your time zone settings?

    that is why I am trying to contact tech support.  I do not know how it happens I just know that it happens.  It may not be MSN doing it, it might be something else.  My other computers dont do it and I use MSN the butterfly on 

    those as well.  

    We might be able to help you here if you can clarify what you mean by this? "My MSN

    keeps changing my time region settings."

    But is very, very difficult to get help by phone at present. You will have to tell the 

    Virtual Agent many times (probably) that you want t speak to an agent.

    I am using MSN it has a butterfly icon.  I pay 15.00 a month for it.  this is the only way that I know how to 

    identify this program.
