How do I talk to a person about my account

My IP address was stolen and my computer locked up.  Also, I could not hear the rep and got disconnedted.

This was a scam. Your IP Address was not stolen and that message you saw locked 

your browser via a Javascript loop. It was, in fact, fortunate that your call to the 

scammers was disconnected.

Were you able to close the browser and restart the computer?   

Does the message that told you that your IP Address was stolen and you should 

call a number reappear every time you open the browser? If it does reappear, what 

browser are you using on which version of Windows?

Dear Microsoft,

Yesterday i was notified by Microsoft that I had to respond with my E-mail address and password or my incoming E-mail service would be discontinued.  I responded with my proper E-mail address;  *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and I submitted a password  <removed>

After my service was shut off today I realized that my correct password is <removed>

Pleas restore my incoming E-mail service.

I saw a post earlier today with this Phone Support Number 877-6967786.

She indicated she was able to get help and got her billing problem resolved. Worth a Try

I saw and called the number and I received an immediate solution to my issue.

This is total BS!

Ive tried to contact a real person for over 30 minutes now about a bogus phone number on my MSN account and when I put in the real phone number so that I could get access to my account passwords, it says that I have to wait for 30 days. 

How do I contact a real person and get this figured out LIKE THE OLD DAYS"!... before COVID you know!!
