    i cant get into an old account and there isnt enough information to recover said account i need help from a human

    Sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments/ and verify that payment methods are updated. 

    it is reported to be difficult to reach Microsoft Store Support by phone at present, 

    but try the number for your area/region in this article

    Hi,

    We can send OUT from our e nail but NOT receive anything..

    My phone number that is “ on record” at MS .. is not and never has been mine..

    I have completed the form to reset my account and MS.. has told me I have not sent them enough information to validate that this is my account..v. The phone number that claims to be mine..

    It’s absolutely asinine that MS has no number to actually talk with a real human..

    It’s, as a matter of fact.. plain ****! Thanks for your help. I’ll keep trying and then give them an ear full.

    It will at least make me feel better.. They’ll come up with some lame excuse and ask me to move on..

    Impersonal world anymore..
