How do I talk to a person about my account

My microsoft office says my account has expired.  It not schedule to expire until Iune 2021.

i cant get into an old account and there isnt enough information to recover said account i need help from a human

It's an email account you can't get into? (outlook.com, Hotmail, msn, etc.) 

Is this an old account that you might have, at some point, not signed in to 

for a year/365 days?

I tried to order 365 Personal which includes  "One Note" and it was for one person.

Instead  365 family was furnished for install.  I want One note included .

please correct accordingly or  CANCEL the order.
