    Not sure 🤔 you have to try and contact Microsoft customer service. Or Maybe you can chat with them. I know it might be difficult trying to get in touch with them. You just have to keep trying. Try to Microsoft information on the internet also.

    Hi and thanks..

    I’ve tried so many passwords that I get locked out..

    The saddest part is that whom ever hacked the account.. put a phone number I’ve never had AND now I don’t have anybody the correct information to prove I actually am the real account person.

    Also there NO MSN person to         contact and share this headache with..

    It’s just asinine that you can’t talk with a real person anymore..

    Such wonderful customer service..

    They take your money gladly, yet will have nothing to do with you after that.

    Imagine if we ran our “ small “ businesses like this..

    Today’s world.. too bad..

    I just made a new account and screw em.
