2021-04-30T17:03:38+00:00 That phone # someone earlier gave WORKED!!!! (877-696-7786) Thank you! After days of trying to renew my MSN Premium Email, I called that # and Microsoft Store answered. He put me thru to billing. After 10 to 15 minutes wait, I said HELLO?, and realized he was waiting with me. Then billing ANSWERED! She was great-tried to renew in my name and also got an error message. She finally guided me through many different things and one finally worked and I renewed with the 1st month free. She also gave me the phone # for MSN Mail 1 800.642.7676, and the 24 hr # for MSNTechSupport 1 855.425.9217 who apparently can give you another support # too. Whew... long struggle finally over. Can't thank you enough.

2021-04-25T01:07:28+00:00 Laren&Don, thank you for your response. In the meanwhile I was after some frustrated efforts able to establish contact with a tech rep who was very courteous & helpful. My mailbox had filled up on several occasions & precluded any further incoming. jennifer was very helpful but the process of entering a timeframe of incoming at which time all previous input would be discarded to enable continuous service was very time consuming. I suggested enable customer setting, for example, after 2-4 weeks of mail,, to delete everything older with a simple command. She is sending me some instruction on how to do that they Outlook. Fingers crossed & moving on. Thank you both again for your help offer. Be Well, pete.
