The likely reason that you are unable to renew your subscription is because the price of MSN Premium has changed to $9.95. Call MSN Accts/Billing at 1-855-425-8761. It took me 3 hrs, of hold time, reexplaining my purpose, and several "lost" calls, and once a deliberate hang up when I got the same girl who had lost my call. But, a helpful Juan got me fixed up, FINALLY!! The phone # is good. Just hang in there.

2021-05-09T13:16:55+00:00 I have received the same e-mail and others supposedly coming from Microsoft but sent by " ******@msn.com. I made the mistake of confirming my password and quickly realised that this is exactly what this person wanted. I have reset my password immediately.
As many of you, I have been unable to contact Microsoft to speak to human. Their so called :"support support" is inexistant.
