    Is this post and your next post "I need access to my secondary account" referring to

    @msn email accounts? The same account or 2 different accounts?

    Are you saying that you can't sign in to either account at

    https://outlook.live.com ?

    I need access to my secondary account shay_******@msn.com and nothing I try gets me in  Why has that account been removed from my butterfly and why can't  I get to it from outlook.com??????
