    I ALSO PAYED MY PREMIUM AND STILL DONT HAVE MSN AND THEIR NUMBERS TO CALL ARE BOGUS HOW DO WE GET HELP THEY TAKE OUR MONEY BUT DONT HELP I HAVE PAYED MICROSOFT BETWEEN 2 VISITS 500 DOLLORS FOR LIFE HELP NOW I NEED HELP AND CANT GET IT I WOULD THINK THEIR IS A LAW AGAINST THIS, I AM OLD AND DONT UNDRSTNT ALL THEIR JIBBERIH ON LINE OF HOW TO FIX THIS I HAVE TRIED WITH NO AVAILE

    Thanks f/info had to clean computer, delete files which kept interfering w/ performance, now under HP's EXPERTISE problem resolved, and got to talk w/actual support tech one on one.
