Thank you very much for this response.
I just gave up on MS because they have no way of my calling.
I just made a new e mail address a d said “ screw MS”… so impersonal anymore…
They need to “ circle back” on their customer service ice and “ reimagine” a time when things were much simpler and straight forward.
