How do I talk to a person about my account

Hi. I will co-sign with Smeed's suggestions. If you chat with someone online, they can do everything, including Remote Handling of your system, or they can connect you with someone who will. It's not like the old days anymore. Phone calls require a person, in a phone bank, in a building with other people. These days, that is very hard to do. Trust the online experience. They actually saved my Dell Inspiron from a catastrophic failure. BK

I have subscribed to Microsoft Word with all the financial information for $69.99 for the first year. How can I find out whether or not I have Microsoft Word?
