Does anyone know how I speak to a live united States based representative who can tell me what account I have and where I need to give the company who has more money than God, more money? One would think that Microsoft would exhibit some professionalism and only require people to buy their products once rather than multiple times hoping beyond hope taht they can jury rig things such that they can use what software they have already purchased
