How do I talk to a person about my account

WAS BILLED 105.99 0N 8/9 2021 42568130. DID NOT SIGN FOR THIS. USE OFFICE 365 AND PAY MONTHLY

when finely i spoke to customer service. took them more then to 2 hrs. to fix the problem. and it is still not fixed. only thing that was done, was making an extra step to get email and ready them.

1. Advice on reaching Microsoft Support by phone is posted several times in the first 3 pages of this thread. I suggest you read those pages.
2. Getting help from MS Support via telephone can be a time consuming, frustrating experience.
3. A Microsoft Agent can't magically reset your email account.
4. This may be a problem you can easily resolve with advice you receive here.

2. How do you access the account? The MSN Mail app? With a browser at https://outlook.live.com ? With an app like the Windows 10 Mail app?
