    Hi,

You explain to them about the transaction that shouldn't be, they will help you to get this refunded or fixed.

I am not a Microsoft Employee, this is a public fourm, so it would be best to leave this to the real Microsoft Experts.

    Have a good day!

You choose Get Help, Talk to Agent, Not Listed, Accounts and Billing, Chat in browser.

    HI KMSpeth,

Could you please contact support.microsoft.com/contactus, press get help, then type in talk to agent.

Choose Unlisted, Accounts & Billing. Click next, then it will ask you to chat or phone call.

Don't worry, it will work, just did it a few days ago, make sure you are signed in with PERSONAL Account not Work Account.

I just want to vent my frustration about Microsoft's refusal to speak to anyone anymore and ask if anyone knows how to cancel the Answer Desk Assure Renewal subscription. What a joke! What on earth am I paying for? So I can go online and spend hours of my time checking to see if anyone who doesn't work for Microsoft can answer my questions. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!! I can't believe they have the nerve to still charge for something that no longer exists.
