    Sorry. You aren't communicating with Microsoft Support here. You should contact them by phone, the same way you did last week. Mention the previous session and your case number.

    Pages and pages of customers scrambling and struggling to get help from a company they've purchased goods from... I already know it's unprofessional and also unethical, but why is it even legal?

    How can a company sell products and abandon customers when they have issues with the purchased products?

    Why does Microsoft not seem to care at all?!?!

    I see no legitimate solutions from them.

    Something needs to be done.
