The advice Don listed here is complete garbage. I have been trying to speak with an actual person since November 30 through their various links. I have also called the phone number I usually call to renew my subscription, but that just send you back to contacting them online. The person (?) who got my case was no help either. She just kept referring me back to the various links. As a result, my subscription was cancelled!! I am being forced to subscribe to Microsoft365 (at $70) in order to keep my Outlook.com Premium working which is normally $20. This is a rip-off but I need to keep my email working.
- I did warn you about support via phone. But some users have been helped when they contacted Microsoft Store Support by telephone.
- I believe that outlook.com premium (also called ad-free outlook) can now only be obtained through Office 365. Ad-free outlook, for $20 per year was discontinued 3 or 4 years ago.
