I use GMail for my email. No ads and it's free. I need to talk to someone to tell them to stop charging me for one drive. I didn't order it and I don't want it.
OneDrive is free. You must be paying for additional storage.
Are you subscribed to Microsoft 365/Office 365?
If you sign-in to https://account.microsoft.com/services or https://account.microsoft.com and click on Services & Subscriptions, or perhaps the 3 dots then Services & Subscriptions, does the OneDrive additional storage show up?
You may or may not be able to cancel this. In this article https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/how-to-investigate-a-billing-charge-from-microsoft-or-msbill-info-398c5328-364c-d5e4-ea8f-f5ad60562a93 read Manage a Subscription.
Don
Not true, Don. Outlook.com Premium was still available to users just not to new users. This is the first year that I have been unable to renew. The only reason is because I could not talk to a real person and the person who got my case did not forward to someone who understood about current users versus new users. I even listed my phone number in the case so that she could have someone call me. No use.
Maybe I will switch to Gmail in the new year, but right now, it's hard with the holidays.
