How do I talk to a person about my account

How do I apply for Microsoft's Computer Tech Support. Last year I paid $99.00 and was able to speak to a live person.

You will be sent first to the Virtual Agent. Ask the Virtual Agent a few questions. Let the VA try to help. Tell the VA "that didn't help" or whatever the option is.

You should then tell the VA that you want to speak to an agent. You may have to tell the Virtual Agent that several times.

I have payed for Computer Support and have been trying to do this for over a month.

One agent sent me a link to a phone number to call, and as your very well aware Microsoft Support does not have a phone number published on line.

The last time I got connedted was I told the agent I wanted to speak to someone about purchasing a product and when they got on the phone I let him know the real reason for my call and in about 10 minutes I received a call from tech support.

This is not a way to conduct business.

Once again please have your support team give me a call, just as they did before.
