How do I talk to a person about my account

I have payed for Computer Support and have been trying to do this for over a month.

One agent sent me a link to a phone number to call, and as your very well aware Microsoft Support does not have a phone number published on line.

The last time I got connedted was I told the agent I wanted to speak to someone about purchasing a product and when they got on the phone I let him know the real reason for my call and in about 10 minutes I received a call from tech support.

This is not a way to conduct business.

Once again please have your support team give me a call, just as they did before.

It may be quicker and less stressful for you to post your question here. Getting help from Microsoft Agents by phone can be time consuming and isn't always successful.
