    If you see spelling or grammer mistakes like this it is most likely a phishing attempt to put malware on your computer. It is probably not coming from microsoft. You want to see if you can see the "from" address and paste it into notepad.

    I've read other community articles and several other people's msn accounts are not working and there is no support. MSN is still using Internet Explorer for the browser and microsoft completly dropped support for it last year. They are just continuing to take all of our money.
