I am trying to renew my Premium Internet Software with MSN. I can NOT get online. The phone number on my account is a landline and can NOT receive text messages and I have only one email address. And there are no PEOPLE to talk to. Please help
I need to talk with someone
I am trying to renew my subscription to Office 365 Home Premium that I started on August 24, 2014. I've had it until 8/24/2021 and did not get an email renewal email as usual. At the time I paid $107.36 for Word and Excel. these are the 2 that I need. The order confirmation at that time was 12469225029. On 8/25/2021 I received an email that I needed to verify my account. On August 26, I talked to a real person and he gave me very code 837401. then I was given code 702154 to accept terms. then after that code 727308' I still do not have Office 365 Home after I talked to him over one hour.
When I try to sign into my different accounts it won't let me says it don't recognize user name or password, so then I change it and when I sign out and try to sign back it I get the same message don't recognize info. This is happening on some of my important things. Help I need to TALK to someone Thank you.
