How do I actually contact a person at microsoft about my account

I have received the same e-mail and others supposedly coming from Microsoft but sent by " ******@msn.com. I made the mistake of confirming my password and quickly realised that this is exactly what this person wanted. I have reset my password immediately.
As many of you, I have been unable to contact Microsoft to speak to human. Their so called :"support support" is inexistant.
