2021-02-16T01:07:15+00:00 I called 877-696-7786, opt 3, 2 for technical support. The recording stated they no longer do phone support and referred me to help.microsoft.com.
In my opinion, this is grossly unprofessional on behalf of Microsoft.
I spent over 6 hours looking for someone live to help with my MSN email accounts and was unable to.

She indicated she was able to get help and got her billing problem resolved. Worth a Try

2021-02-15T16:47:47+00:00 I am trying to renew my Premium Internet Software with MSN. I can NOT get online. The phone number on my account is a landline and can NOT receive text messages and I have only one email address. And there are no PEOPLE to talk to. Please help
