For Office 2007 File Validation IssueGo to C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download

Find OFV.CAB and extract it.

You'll have OFV.msi

Install it and hit Retry on Windows Update.

Yeah bro i just waited a day and then problem resolved by it's own .

Thank you too : ) for you advice

I waited, and finally when i awoke - I got a licence validation screen and followed onscreen instructions and done ....my O-2007 is valid legit
