For Office 2007 File Validation IssueGo to C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download
Find OFV.CAB and extract it.
You'll have OFV.msi
Install it and hit Retry on Windows Update.

- In your search results "services.msc" should show up. Open it with a click.
- A new windows will open containing all Windows services on your system.
- Search for "Windows Update"
- Right-click the "Windows Update" and then click Stop.

No....... what key ??????????
i have an original o-2007 that i purchased in 2007 and the Box has a long xxxx,xxxx,xxxx,xxxx,xxxx, number and I use that as the key when ever i install my o-2007...besides that i got noother key and nor did i get anything now when the " magical" update took place..
Is there something im missing ? please tell, all ears - much appreciated
