I have even tried various ways but nothing worked. So, I left this update and tried to update my windows to version 2004 using windows assistant, Even after that i ended in the same problem. So, I came here for an help.Someone Please help me out. Thanks in advance.

Your system is looking, for some reason, the user h so maybe you can work on that..  It does find and identify the H user..

I do not know if this is related to the errors regarding your Oracle install..  If you are running some type of Oracle Backup service, the fact the NT Service users associated with that operation probably means it won't work correctly, but you may know..

Beyond that, if your normal update process is failing then the system may need some update it can't get prior to upgrading..  If you want to know what the error means..  Looking at the WindowsUpdate.log may give a clue..  If you don't know how to create one, let us know..

0x80240034 WU_E_DOWNLOAD_FAILED Update failed to download.

We need to look at the items mentioned but I also notice that at 10:43:52, your system appears to reboot.  The log doesn't start back up until 14:49:26 so a 4 hour delay is happening for some reason.  It should only take a minute or two..  It should also be going into the next phase of the install but appears to be starting over.

I will need to look into this..  There may be another cause for the failure that happened earlier..

It does look like the user profile situation is at the heart of the of the upgrade failure..

You appear to have two folders, C:\Users\H and C:\Users\h when it is processing profiles..  Do you have two?

15:24:08, Info                  MIG    Processing profile: C:\Users\h

15:24:08, Info                  MIG    Processing profile: C:\Users\H

15:24:12, Warning               SP     User profile suffix mismatch: upgrade asked for "h", actual suffix is: "h.000"

Other problems which may need to be looked into..

You are getting quite a few error from your Oracle install.  Maybe try to repair that install or uninstall..  The errors come from more that just this one Oracle component.

Error      [0x0803b6] MIG    Can't retrieve group information for user NT SERVICE\OracleOraDB19Home1MTSRecoveryService. NetUserGetLocalGroups failed 0x000008AD

The Upgrade is trying to download some dynamic updates.  Many of those seem to be Intel Chipset drivers and a sound driver.  Since the downloads appear to be failing, is your normal Windows Update process working normally?
