AirPod Pros Keep Cutting In and Out

Same issue happens on my Dell Latitude 7300

Connecting very easy

Uses Teams or Messenger for 20 min + or - 5 min and then I don't hear anything but people continue to hear me... That's dangerous,,, lol.  I used the same "cure" as stated above but it's anoying and sometimes it doesn't work; flipping from Air pods pro to Dell speakers and back to Air pods pro in the sound settings.  Plus it takes several seconds to perform the opreration and then you loose what the others are saying.  

Please a fix Microsoft.  It's either Windows or Dell.  I don't experience this on my mobile (Samsung S10) or bluetooth speaker (Bose).

PS, I got the Airpods pro a month ago with firmware 2d27and found a way to connect them to an iphone (I don't own one nor any iThings) and got the latest firmware 3A283

The AirPods Pro have a new functionality in the last version of firmware. They can be connected to multiple devices at the same time, to reproduce the audio where you play. It is something like dynamically changing devices. It works quite well between the iOS ecosystem. 

Still sometimes it crashes with the mac. It works perfect with iPhones. If you are using the Mac with the Airpods and you play a sound on the iPhone, the mobile has priority and starts using the headphones automatically.

I supose that this system goes outside of the usual Bluetooth protocols. It is possible that this operation causes problems in other devices that do not know this protocol. Surely windows is not doing anything strange, just using them as a normal headphones. However, the headphones try to listen to the other familiar devices around them (like your iphone) preparing to switch if necessary. This behavior causes breaks in the connection with windows.

Like I said, it's just my guess. As a general rule, many headphones with these characteristics work perfectly on mobiles, however they behave strangely on PCs.(I also think that the Bluetooth of the PC is much worse than in the mobiles. They are under much more interference and in my experience they perform worse)

It would be good practice to make them easier to use on PCs. With the Samsung Galaxy Buds, I had to modify things about the channels, and they are visualized as a double device ... well, that's not practical for people, much less if they are standard users.

I have the same issue, I just bought these airpod pros today, and they will work from anywhere to 1 to 5 min, then crackle and turn off. I can then select them again and they will do the same thing over and over again. This is the most over priced garbage ear buds I have ever bought.  

SO I agree with you about the Airpods sucking on Windows. The thing is, these were NEVER meant to work on windows. They are bluetooth and they do connect, and if you restart your PC they work fine usually. 

But they are made for Apple seemless integration and switching between iphones, ipads, macbooks.

Please use Sony, Google, or Samsung for Microsoft products. They are compatible with everything.
