Windows 10 missing Bluetooth power management tab

Intel Bluetooth's Power management tab disappeared in Device Manager. There used to be a checkbox in Intel Bluetooth where I could turn on power saving for bluetooth accessories. I want to check "Allow the computer to turn of this device to save power". Now my wireless mouse is disconnecting frequently, making the PC almost unusable. How do I get it back or has it moved? (Have latest 2004 update, bluetooth drivers is latest version 21.90.2.1)

Note: I created a new DWORD key named CsEnabled with hexadecimal value 0 in Regedit under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power & restarted, but that did not work. Hardware hasnt changed

I found the Power management tab appearing in items in the Human Interface Devices category. Unchecked the option in Bluetooth Low Energy GATT compliant HID device and Bluetooth XINPUT compatible input device, and the issue went away

Hi Ridhwaans and all others who come here, Ridhwaans have shared a picture of how to get it which is the key. I tackled this problem this way and i go the tab by following a video. You should look for the option in human interface devices> hid device and the others sections which has bluetooth in them and if it is there then you are done. I followed all the advice in this thread, changing all power settings, but it hasn't helped. 'Event 34' errors still occur, my Logitech M720 mouse stops working for a few seconds and when it reconnects later, all function buttons on the mouse register two or three clicks instead of one. This makes the mouse unusable. The PC is Lenovo E595, with Realtek Bluetooth device.

Changed every power management setting I can find. And tbh the only issue I'm still having appears to be with the Surface keyboard. It goes to sleep in 10 seconds, wake take a couple of seconds sometimes, and one in a while when I'm running live events on my PC the whole damn thing will freeze up when I try to wake the keyboard. Anybody else using the Surface keyboard with or without issues? Any other bluetooth keyboards recommended?
